Vintage 1990s Smart Set dress in a soft black. It *almost* looks very dark navy in certain lighting but overall it looks black to me. For the person who loves that 90s minimalist chic look! Fabric is thick and has stretch. Invisible zip up the back. Small slit in front. Bust is double lined. Very flattering cut. In great vintage condition with no flaws to note.
