Vintage 90s Black Velvet Bucket Hat

Sweet vintage 90s velvet bucket hat with fancy overlap brim detail. Nice cotton velvet, in excellent condition, with a lovely trim along the outside of brim. Would look great with a pin or brooch to pin the front up, or folded down! Fits a small to medium. No marks or flaws, some very minimal wear visible on the fabric. full diameter measures 10.5" across interior diameter across opening 8.5" band circumference around inside opening 21.5"
