Vintage 90s Black Velvet Cocktail Dress

Gently used, very good condition. Made in Canada. 90s vintage (check out the AOL email on the tag!) cocktail dress from Toronto based designers KMR Mode. Soft, sumptuous velvet with a flattering cowl neck and fitted waist. Tag says S - would best fit US size 2-4. I'm 5'6" and this dress falls just above the knee for me.
