Vintage 90s Black strapless dress

This black strapless dress is a classic look made by Jacob. This black fabric has some stretch and is thick and luxurious, with just a hint of sheen. Measuring at 36” from bust to hem. There is one spot where the hem is coming loose- a simple fix. One spit as pictured- and this is reflected in the price. There is lots of life yet in this dress!
