Vintage 90s Cobalt Blue Long Sleeved Dress NWT

Vintage 1990s new with tags long sleeved dress with gold buttons and white stitch detailing from Caroma by Daymor. Made in Canada. 94% rayon 6% wool. Has shoulder pads, one has one end of stitching that has come off from the dress, tbh it looks better without the shoulder pads so I have left it for ease of cutting off the other threads! Bust measures 18.5 inches laying flat, waist measures about 14.25 inches flat, hips measure 19 inches flat, length from shoulder to hem is 41 inches. Cat friendly, nonsmoking home.
