Vintage 90s Collared Tank Dress

90s/Early00s Collared Skater Dress. This dress fits very nicely and has a subtle floral print. The fabric has quite a bit of stretch so could fit a L (if you like a tighter fit) but that might compromise the pattern. I can provide measurements, if needed. The fabric has wonderful bounce and movement to it. There is no tag attached so my best guest for fabric is an acetate/spandex combo, very popular at that time. 2 gorgeous mother of pearl style buttons at the collar.
