Vintage 90s Cottage Rose Dress Size S/M

This is an authentic 90s cottage rose floral dress with beautiful brass, toned buttons, A-line shape, and flounce flutter sleeves. Pristine condition. No marks of any kind. Measures 50 inches from shoulder to hem. Size is vintage 11/12 which is a modern S/M in this brand. This fabric does not have stretch. The neckline has a beautiful flowing cravette-like draped neckline, which is incredibly unique and flattering! 17” pit to pit 15.5” across ribs 14” waist All measurements taken laying flat.
