Vintage 90s Cropped Black Velvet Hooded Blazer S/M

Harry Potter...or should I say Harriett Potter vibes?? It's black, velvet, cropped, hooded, a slightly boxy blazer / light jacket that closes with crystal-looking buttons (plastic). There’s even a crystal dangle from the hood, so cute! Marked M, but fits better as a slightly oversized Small. Here are the measurements: Shoulders - 16.5” (YES, there are shoulder pads!) Chest - 18.5” Sleeve - 16” Length - 16.5” Great condition. Lining looks pristine!
