Vintage 90's D.B.L.-LA Floral Halter 100% cotton Black and white floral print with large florals in bold red, green and yellow. Halter neckline, Bra bodice with padded cups fitted through the waist, flared mini skirt, open back zipper closure on back. Good Condition Has A Thread Pull Under The Breast of The Bodice. The Hem Along The Bottom Has Loose Thread That Seems To Be Intentional And Not From Wear.- No holes, stains or odors No size but if I had to guess it would be a Medium. Bust: 13.5” (measured laying flat) Waist: 14” Hips: 17” Dress Length(not including the halter strap): 29.5”
