Vintage 90s DBY empire waist short sleeve velour dress

All vintage items have been washed. See below for measurements and condition. DESIGN - Vintage 90s DBY velour dress - purple with golden floral motif. Cap sleeves, empire waist and short length. CONDITION - In great vintage condition. In really good shape, feels slightly broken in, but no flaws. FABRIC / CARE - Care tag worn out. Synthetic material with stretch. Machine wash in cold, preferably in a garment protector bag, and lay flat to dry. FIT - Tag worn out. Likely a size small. See below for measurements. Measurements taken on the front laying flat.
