Dark denim prairie maxi skirt from the 90s. Tiered layers with ruffle hem. Made in Canada! The brand is Whispers. Elasticated waist with blue ribbon non-functional/decorative tie. 65% Tencel, 35% Cotton. Excellent condition. It’s tagged a size small but because it’s vintage, it definitely fits smaller. I would say more like an XS or even an XXS (please see measurements below).
