Vintage 90's Elegance Wrap Skirt

Vintage wrap skirt from Elegance 1990's with great black and red pattern throughout. 100% rayon material, very lightweight. A few small defects when produced as shown in last image which is the "largest" defect. Very versatile for size. Skirt can tie through two sizing holes on waist, or just tied on the hip. Total length is 36", can wear high or low waisted. Waist length maximum is 48" for a waist tie up. Waist length tied to smallest size is 14" through sizing hole.
