Vintage 90s Floral Mini Dress

Adorable floral print dress. Very flattering fit with small shoulder pads, a fitted bodice and a little flare to the skirt. Would fit small with a larger bust best. I am usually a medium or size six with a 29" waist and 34" bust and it fits okay but the waist could be looser and the bust could be tighter.
