Vintage 90s 'Gloria Vanderbilt' Knit Pencil Skirt

The fit of this piece is so incredibly flattering, the perfect skirt for fall/winter. The waist is elastic and has a decent amount of stretch to it (see measurements). The skirt is unlined but has a very soft knit, so it doesn't need it. The tag is faded (all I can make out is Made in 🇨🇦.) so I'm not 100% the material. In excellent vintage condition, minimal pilling and no fabric snags that I could see. Measurements (All measurements are taken laying flat and are approximate): Waist: 14"-17" Hips:19.5" Length:21.5"
