Vintage 90s Halter Dress

Very cute 90s dress. Doesn't have the tag on it so not sure what brand. Fits xxs-xs. Got this from a friend who was getting rid of clothes so don't know a whole lot about it, but I would love it if it fit, it's a bit too small for me, I'm a small. See through in middle but coverings on both the top and skirt area.
