Vintage 90s Hello Kitty Carriage Cart Music Box

Vintage 90s Hello Kitty music box, this is a unique piece, I've seen some similar ones pop up now and then but they don't seem to be very common. There's an on/off switch but either it doesn't work or I don't really know what it is supposed to do. I had gotten it new ages ago but no have no idea. It winds up and plays music just fine, see video. The circular piece rotates when it plays music. The wheels do move and you can roll it around. Good vintage condition, but there is some slight discoloration near the centre of the wheels and the plastic had yellowed from a pink to a more peachy pink. It's not too noticeable as it's somewhat uniform unless you open up the drawer to see the parts that have not been exposed to light. The bottom of the music box is also this more yellow peachy colour.
