Inseam 30.5’
Rise is 12’ front, 14.5 back :)

@carbsrgr8 hi, yes, after measuring I can confirm it is in fact 27. I think because they’re 100% cotton and thick I felt like they felt smaller than a 27 when I tried them on for the first time in Years in the other day before listing, but to be fair I might have just gained more weight than I realized LOL

@carbsrgr8 also I just measured the waist and hips (Straight across, not around), waist was 12' and hips were 20' at the widest (taken from just under the fly), if that gives you a better idea of the fit. If I can clarify anything else or you'd like any more measurements please let me know!
