100% wool navy blue plaid tartan wrap skirt by Mark's & Spencer. Vintage from the 90s. Double button wrap closure. Pleated on the back and a bit on side. Shows some minor signs of wear like slight piling and some fuzziness, which is normal for a skirt this age. Still very wearable and has years ahead of it, still looks great. Says size 14 on tag but vintage sizes differ from today's. It's more of a size 10. I have added the measurements (flat, in inches) below. I suggest taking a similar item from your wardrobe and measure it while lying flat and compare to this skirt to make sure it fits.
