Vintage 90s Maxi Dress

this retro moon dress is well loved — but still looks great on! the hole on the seam (pictured) is likely a very easy fix but I’m dangerous with a needle. it’s reflected in the price! the ties can make the dress more XS or S (can fit medium too)
