1990s vintage Penman's maxi skirt Colour is a richer black in person 97% polyester + 2% spandex Material is soft on the outside, sort of like a faux micro suede. Smooth satin-like interior. Slit up the back Zip and button closure on back waist. Darts at back for shaping. Labelled size 11/12, but vintage sizing runs small. Based on measurements, this would best fit a 6 or 28/29. Waist: 14.5" Hip: 19.5" Length: 37" Slit: 16" In great vintage condition!
