Vintage 90s Moulin Rouge rayon art to wear gathered skirt XL

Come what may! This twirly skirt has a Moulin Rouge theme with shades of crimson, rose and pine green on black. There are no tags, but it feels like a drapey, soft rayon. It's a gathered skirt with oodles of stretch at the waist. I've seen this fabric being used by Carole Little for some blouses (see last image) and skirts, so it's possible this piece was made by a home seamstress using fabric from the brand. No tagged size, but it fits like an extra-large size with flexibility due to the elasticized waist. Approximate measurements: waist 17-22"+ length: 22" Hips: free Great preloved condition!
