Vintage 90s Northern Reflections Floral Tie Back Maxi Dress

Beautiful vintage Northern Reflections floral maxi dress in a nice neutral navy with shades of grey and blue. Sleeveless. Pullover with keyhole back. Ties in back to accentuate the waist. Two slits on either side. Rayon fabric that is flowy and has a slightly crinkled texture. Would look amazing with a slouchy sweater & a pair of Docs. Size 14. Approx from flat: Up to 22.5” pit to pit 49” length In excellent gently used condition overall. There is a small barely noticeable spot in the front of the dress which it appears that the navy threads have lightened slightly.
