Vintage 90s Pastel Floral Sun Dress

Vintage 1990s pastel floral sundress. No size, fits like a M. Waist measurement while flat: 34 inches max, but the attached belt will tie it to your waist size. Bust measures 17.5 inches flat, can stretch more due to smocking in back, waist measures 15.5 inches flat, length from shoulder to hem is 41.75 inches. Purchased at a small vintage shop in old Antibes, France. A few flaws: bottom left ruching is out but I didn’t notice it while wearing until going over it now! Some stitches could be tightened around the waist as well. Cat friendly, nonsmoking home.
