Vintage 90s Polka dot romper

Navy and white polka dotted vintage romper, short sleeves w collar, button up front, zipper bottom with pockets. Pre-loved. Closure has been modified slightly to reduce one button (button hole sewed shut) and secured with snaps. Made in Canada.
