Beautiful 1990s black and white wildflower print skirt! The waist is elasticated. The fabric is a nylon/polyester type sheer and gauzy material, with a soft accordion pleat. It's a full circle skirt, perfect for twirling! UK size 14, but please see the measurements for best fit. Vintage, very good condition. The elastic in the waist doesn't go as far as I'm sure it used to. Otherwise, excellent condition.
