Vintage 90s Sunbelt Dress Hand Painted Sleeveless Dress S/M

A blast from the past - super cute vintage 90’s Sunbelt hand painted dress front and back designs. The front has geometric lines with purple iris flowers. Unfortunately size tag removed. I am modeling the dress and I wear a small size and short 5’ 🙂. It’s roomy on me. Armpit to armpit measures 19”. Length is 34.5.” Below the waist gather. 2 side pockets. I am certain that it is 100% cotton and made in the USA. This dress is vintage. I do my best to inspect for & list all imperfections, but sometimes more gentle or subtle imperfections might be missed. Dress has been steam cleaned.
