Vintage 90’s Twik Pleated Black Dress with Eyelet belt

Beautiful black pleated dress with eyelet belt from the 90’s. A rare find!!! In excellent used conditions! Well made, great quality. The fabric has a nice heaviness and falls beautifully. Fits like a true size L. I included pictures of me wearing it to show what it looks like on, but please note this is not the ideal fit on me because I am a size M. See pictures for measurements!
