Perfectly handmade; no brand or size/materials/care tags. Can be worn with the top tucked in or hanging out. The skirt would also be wonderful on its own. The green-blue-purple striped pattern is gorgeous, very vibrant (well represented in the photos). Looks fantastic in natural light. The bias banding above the skirt ruffle is a gorgeous detail. The small shoulder pads can easily be removed - and probably should be; one is rather scrunched up in its casing. Feels like lightweight acrylic (imitating wool). Skirt closes at the side with a hook and bar. LOTS of space to move that bar, to adjust the waist 1.5" to 2" larger or smaller. Skirt has one pocket, on the opposite side of the waist. Garment Measurements: Top: Accommodates a 44" inch bust, but should be worn with at least 3" of ease (so 41" maximum). Sleeve 16.5" (along seam, from pit to cuff) Length 27" (along back, neck to hem) Waist 30" around - can be adjusted from about 28.5" to 32" by moving the bar Length 31" (waistband to hem)
