Vintage 90s Utility Fishing Vest

This vintage vest has a few small marks and mild signs of wear but it still looks great and has lots of life left in it. The middle button was missing so I replaced it with a circular pin, and it seems to be getting the job done. I am unsure of the size so please refer to the measurements below.
