Vintage 90s Velvet Maxi Slip Dress Black Size 11 12 Small Strap Sewing Repair

Black velvet with sequins along front neckline. No liner so a little sheer. There is one sewing repair where the strap was reattached with blue thread. Otherwise very nice condition. 10% Lycra so quite stretchy. (90% polyester). Size is 11/12. Mannequin measures 37.5” bust, 30” waist and 39” hip. Length from shoulder to hem is 56”.
