Vintage 90s White Tennis Skort

Vintage white skort (shorts with attached wrap to make it look like a skirt from the front). This piece is from the 90s and made in Canada! The brand is Whispers. Fabric is slightly sheer but should be fine with nude underwear. Brand new, never been worn (but purchased in the 90s). Vintage size 9/10 but I would say it’s closer to an XS/S. It is slightly too small for me and I currently wear a 27 in jeans, so I would say it’s a better fit for maybe a 25? Please see measurements below.
