Vintage 90s Suburban Girl brand Women's or Teen navy pants. Kind of like Dickies pants. Size 7 (waist measures 28.5 inches) Mid-rise (9.25in). Unique zip feature on legs to make capris. A visible patch of wear on the Left knee, and small fray on the side of one back pocket. Worn a fair bit and have some general fading and wear.
