Vintage 90s Wool Blend Plaid Pencil Skirt

Svelte lines in a near monochromatic plaid wool blend. High, extra wide waistband with large belt loops and micro ones beneath. Back zipper with 3 button closure. Back kick pleat. Fully lined. Worn seldom in EUC no issues. Vintage tag says size 4 but the fit is closer to an 8 Please go by measurements in photos. Will list as an 8 For reference my womannequin is a size 2 to 4 and the skirt is pinned to appear to fit.
