Rare item circa 1990s. This is the dressy version of the “raver pant” that was all the rage with us 20ish party kids waaaaay back then. These fit XS-Small. Super cute fit. Zip fly, side, side pockets and double button “sailor” waist. True Y2K flare bottoms. Very minimal distressing from normal wear; otherwise excellent pre-millennial vintage condition.
