Vintage 90s Y2k Raver Graphic Magazine Print Sleeveless Dress. Size tag label has been removed but am almost certain it is a "Tango Mango Collection" and (pretty certain) is a Ravir dress. (not 100% sure, 90%sure) Dress has ultra vivid "all over" print of magazine covers. It comes in a stretchy spandex material. It is in pretty good condition with some normal vintage wear.
