Vintage 90's abstarct grunge cabin core academia graphic midi button down skirt beautiful abstract skirt from early 90s. No fabric tag but it looks to me like a rayon blend. can be worn high or low waisted, super flowy and breathable! skirt is not lined but not see throug and there is belt loops !
