Vintage 90s black and white chiffon midi skirt

Fully lined midi skirt from the 90s! Stretchy waist, has been taken in to better fit the waistline. No size but waist measurement is 25” (slightly stretched, I’m 28/29” waist and it fits comfortably) Love this piece just don’t wear it enough, needs a more loving home!
