Vintage 90s blue high waisted button front midi full circle a-line skirt small

Reposhing this item I purchased from @ggottahaveit. Excellent vintage condition, brand is Bobbie Brooks. Medium blue full a-line skirt with brown tortoiseshell buttons down front. 100% rayon, elastic waistband, midi length on average height but more like a maxi if you're shorter (I am 5'0" and it's a maxi on me!) Wonderful 90s vintage, incredibly versatile for so many different looks - cottagecore, grunge, etc Size 8 on tag but fits more like a modern 2-4. Waist 12" flat, stretches to 14". 34.5" long
