Vintage 90s boho sage green maxi dress with mixed panels and embroidery. S/M?

Vintage 90s boho green maxi dress in good condition apart from some light bleaching near the hemline and some fraying to the intricate embroidery on the front. Please see pictures for condition and measurements. No fabric tag, but feels like a nice medium weight cotton that drapes nicely, no stretch but definitely oversized for a small.
