Vintage 90’s dress

This dress from the 90’s is so cute! Beautiful dark green, adjustable suspender style straps, button front & fit and flare style. Tag says size 3 - it fits like a S/XS with a very fitted waist. Excellent condition, just a few loose threads around the button holes. Laying flat waist is about 13.5” & length is about 33”
