Vintage 90s floral coord two-piece shorts playset outfit red black small medium

This garden witch two-piece set is so amazing I can't take it! This coord set includes high-waisted shorts and a button-up cropped blouse with shoulder pads and sheer black chiffon sleeves. The shorts have pockets and an elastic waist too. The fabric seems to be a classic drapey 90s rayon with a bright red, green and purple floral pattern against a black background. The top can be worn with the ornate little metal buttons done up, open or tied at the waist. It's likely that a home seamstress added the black sleeves after the fact for a little gothic flair. Try the set with tights and boots to bring it into the autumn season! The tag is hard to make out, but this fits like a modern small to smaller medium size. The tags are quite worn and there are some threads on the inside, but nothing to detract from wear.
