Vintage 90s formal cocktail or prom dress - elegant black w/ floral embroidery

Stunning dress! Hits about the ankles on me (im 5’3) I believe this was a cocktail or prom dress from the 90s, some kind of formal wear It fits extremely flattering the material wears beautifully It would also be super cute just as every day wear with a denim jacket Material is a little sheer but doesn’t appear see through while wearing, I tested it in front of the window One strap had broken in the front and has been repaired, sewing is just a little off but is restored back to functionality (sewing shown in last photo) This is a simply gorgeous dress!
