Vintage 90’s maxi high waisted floral skirt (S)

Tag says M but it’s smaller than regular M, has a pretty small waist so I put it as S. Perfect condition, like new. From smoke and pet free home. Length is 38 inches. Waist is about 13,5 inches. Made in Korea, says on the tag.
