Vintage 90's minidress

Black, ribbed, designer cotton mini dress right from the 90's. Seriously, I've had this since high school! Wear over a white Tshirt with cons or docs or block heels for the look! Some fading and wear due to its vintage. Bit too short and snug for me now and would love to find someone to love this baby! Can also wear as a long tank with flowy wide legs or bell bottoms. Neckline is great - wider scoop, almost square, but not. Best for small - medium frame.
