Vintage 90s patent leather heeled loafer with large silver chain detail. Size 8

Lovely vintage 90s black patent leather heeled loafers with large silver chain detail. There is no size label I can see but they are just a touch big on my 7.5 feet so I believe they are an 8. Heel height is just shy of 2” Good gently used condition with some wrinkling near heels and some light scuffs/clouding to patent leather but none of it is major or noticeable when worn.
