Vintage 90s plaid 100% wool tartan skirt from Scotland size small

This is a vintage wrap skirt from Hector Russell of Inverness Scotland. Given to me by my Scottish grandmother when she went to visit relatives in Inverness. It's missing size and fabric tags, but it's 100% wool and it would be a small in today's sizes. It unfortunately no longer fits ha ha ha! It features an inner hook and eye closure and two leather buckle straps on the side as well as a fringe. These closures are adjustable. Pleats in the back and flat front, comes with iconic pin that keeps the skirt close In excellent condition considering its age (mid 80s). There is a stain on the front (last pic) towards hem, it blends with the pattern. I had it dry cleaned (April 2025). You'll be so punk rock if you pair this skirt with a black t-shirt and some doc marten's. Hector Russel is an expensive brand that has been making quality wool fabrics for over 70 years. Price reflects the quality of the materials and workmanship. These skirts are selling for over 250 £. Please refer to flat measurements in inches to make sure the skirt fits you.
