Vintage '90s pullover 1/2 zip neon sweater

this thing is in pretty well new condition it's still fuzzy soft on the inside which is wild '90s definitely windbreaker shoulders pull over this is not a kangaroo pocket they're just individuals I would assume the sleeves are a little bit short these days so I would probably pull them up to 3/4. easy to fit though the arm pits are very baggy So it will be Comfortable for whoever wants to own it pit to pit is 21 in shoulder to him is 24 in
