Vintage 90s short sleeved blouse navy with white abstract spots

All vintage items have been washed. See below for measurements and condition. DESIGN - Vintage Jessica blouse in navy blue with white square polka dots in an abstract pattern. Button up with front pockets. Shoulder pads. Flowy and slightly sheer. CONDITION - In excellent vintage condition. FABRIC / CARE - 100% rayon. Machine wash in cold, preferably in a garment protector bag, and hang to dry. FIT - Size 16 on tag. Depending on desired fit, I also think this could fit a small or medium. I personally like it a bit oversized. Model is approx 5’11” and usually wears a small/medium. Shirt is not pinned, fits as shown. Model is tall, and fills out this shirt more than the average size small would. Measurements taken on the front laying flat. Compare to something similar you own to get the best fit. Armpit to armpit - 22” Shoulders across - 18” Sleeve length from shoulder seam - 12” Length from shoulder to bottom hem - 24”
