Vintage 90s sundress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tiaparker12. I'm so sad that this dress ended up being too small for me. It is likely handmade, as there are no size or material tags inside, and the style and dalmatian polka dot print are super cute. Note that it measures 15" across the chest and there is no stretch to the fabric or built-in cup space in the bust.
