Gorgeous blue, green and black sheer tie dye dress with a slip underneath. Cowl neck has cute little lapels in the back. From the brand F Carriere. Love it but it’s a little too big for me, would best fit a size small. Measurements are approximate (slip has lots of stretch) Armpit to armpit - 18.5” Waist - 15” Length - 43”
